By accessing or using Phixall's platform, website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must not have been previously banned from our Services
• Phixers must possess the necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance as required by law

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not transfer or share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Platform Services

4.1 Nature of Services

Phixall operates as a technology platform that connects clients seeking facility maintenance services with independent Phixers. We do not employ Phixers or provide services directly. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Phixers.

4.2 Client Obligations

• Provide accurate descriptions of service requests
• Ensure safe working conditions for Phixers
• Be present or designate a representative during service appointments
• Pay for services in accordance with agreed terms
• Treat Phixers with respect and professionalism

4.3 Phixer Obligations

• Provide services in a professional, safe, and timely manner
• Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and insurance
• Accurately represent skills, availability, and qualifications
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Treat clients with respect and professionalism

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Service Fees

Phixall charges a service fee for facilitating connections between clients and Phixers. Current fee structure:

• Clients: Free to request services (payment for services rendered)
• Phixers: 15% service fee on completed jobs

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments must be processed through the Phixall platform
• Clients authorize payment upon service completion and approval
• Phixers receive payment within 5-7 business days after job completion
• Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients may cancel up to 2 hours before scheduled service without penalty
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
• Refunds are issued for unsatisfactory work per our satisfaction guarantee
• Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to bypass our payment system
• Scrape, crawl, or access Services through automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Services
• Post or transmit malicious code or viruses
• Use Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Phixall platform are owned by or licensed to Phixall Technical Company Limited. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8.2 Phixer Services

Phixall is not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of services provided by Phixers. All interactions and agreements are between clients and Phixers.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phixall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phixall and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes between users should first be reported through our platform
• Phixall will attempt to mediate disputes in good faith
• Disputes not resolved through mediation shall be governed by Nigerian law
• Venue for legal proceedings shall be Lagos, Nigeria

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
